Urgent Alleviation!
At Ummet Waqf, we are launching the campaign of Urgent Alleviation to Aid the Victims of the latest earthquake that rocked Syria and Turkey earlier today where both countries’ death trolls have climbed to hundreds of people who were killed and thousands of injured others, the earthquake left a huge trail of destruction as entire villages and buildings got destroyed leaving hundreds of families currently trapped below rubble and buried under concrete waiting for rescuers whom efforts are hampered due to snowy and freezing conditions.
In response to this tragic catastrophe, and guided by the words of Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) "The believers in their mutual kindness, compassion and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever" we enable and facilitate immediate cash assistance and donations for victims in all affected provinces to help support all recovery efforts.
