Rent Payments for Homes in Al-Quds

The Prophet ﷺ said: "Whoever fulfills the needs of his brother, Allah will fulfill his needs. Whoever relieves a Muslim from a hardship, Allah will relieve him from the hardships of the Day of Judgment. Whoever covers the faults of a Muslim, Allah will cover his faults on the Day of Judgment." – [Reported by Al-Bukhari]

In light of the challenging economic conditions faced by our brothers and sisters in Jerusalem, and the difficulty many families face in paying their rent—with arrears piling up—we, at Ummet Waqf, are committed to paying the overdue rent for low-income families in the Old City. This will help them stay in their homes and communities, securing their presence in the land and protecting them from displacement.
