Service Agreement

The donor will be able to donate any amount to the foundation by using the virtual pos service provided by the bank via the ”https//www.ummetvakfi.org" website.

 If the donor wishes to return the donation he/she has made by reversing the donation transaction in the event that the conditions regarding the reversal in Article 295 of the Code of Obligations and other relevant articles are met, he/she shall submit his/her notification regarding this matter by clearly and understandably stating the donation in question (date, donation amount, name and other information) that he/she wishes to be returned to UMMET FOUNDATION Headquarters Ahmediye Mahallesi.  Doğancılar Halk Cad. Kefçedede Sokak No:7-A ÜSKÜDAR / ISTANBUL by mail and also to the e-mail address '[email protected] for information purposes. Otherwise, the withdrawal notification that does not reach the foundation will not have any validity and the donation will not be refunded.

The foundation does not have any responsibility for the donation transaction to be made, nor does the bank providing virtual POS service have any responsibility.

Istanbul Courts are authorized for disputes arising from the donation transaction.

Privacy and Security Policy

https//www.ummetvakfi.org requests your personal information such as name-surname, e-mail, telephone number, credit card information that you will use to make a donation and information about the donation during the donation process. This information is transmitted to the bank to make your donation and is requested to ensure the effective security of the donor's information.

Cancellation and Refund

 The donor has the right to withdraw from the transaction made by renouncing or refusing the donation made by the donor without any legal and criminal liability and without any justification within seven days from the date of donation, and www.ummetvakfi.org undertakes that the Foundation will immediately initiate the refund process as soon as the withdrawal notification / donor reaches the Foundation. The refund process is completed according to the refund process of the intermediary bank or institution by deducting the costs of 3rd parties and persons (bank etc. intermediary institutions), if any, from the amount to be refunded.
