Article 1 - The Parties

Donor:

A natural or legal person who makes a donation by making a payment through the website in the www.ummetvakfi.org database.

Date:

The date and time of the donor's transaction will be accepted as the date and time recorded in the www.ummetvakfi.org database.

Article 2 - Subject and Scope of the Agreement

The subject of this contract constitutes the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts of the donation made electronically through the website www.ummetvakfi.org belonging to the Donor person or institution donating with the Donated Foundation. The foundation does not have any responsibility for the donation transaction to be made, nor does the bank providing virtual POS service have any responsibility.

Article 3 - Persons under the age of 18 cannot make www. www.ummetvakfi.org.org donations.

Article 4 - Payment terms

The donor, with his/her own consent and request, provides his/her own information through the website www.ummetvakfi.org by using one of the following options: bank credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, eft, domestic/foreign currency transfer or postal check.

 

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

www.ummetvakfi.org undertakes that the donor has the right to withdraw from the transaction made by renouncing or rejecting the donation made by the donor without any legal and criminal liability and without any justification within seven days from the date of donation, and that the Foundation to which the donation is made will immediately initiate the refund process as of the receipt of the withdrawal notification / donor to the Foundation. The refund process is completed according to the refund process of the intermediary bank or institution by deducting the costs of 3rd parties and persons (bank etc. intermediary institutions), if any, from the amount to be refunded.

Article 6 - General Provisions

Circumstances that do not exist and are not foreseen at the time the donation is made, that develop beyond the control of the parties, that make it impossible for one or both of the parties to partially or completely fulfill their obligations and responsibilities assumed by this contract or to fulfill them on time, will be considered as force majeure (Natural disaster, war, terrorism, insurrection, provisions of legislation, seizure or strike, lockout, significant malfunction in service and communication facilities...). During the continuation of force majeure, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill their obligations.
