During this winter campaign, we draw our attention towards the residential environment at Jerusalem, and this is one of the narrowing impacts that faces people live at the old city during the whole past year but this gets worse in winter. This makes it urgent for roofs and walls restoration, sanitary extensions and electrical maintenance in a way that protects people
from potential hazards during the rains and cold days. In the face of the occupation policies aimed at deporting the inhabitants of the Old City from their homes by making them unliveable, this campaign is here to support them at all levels.

Warm flakes works on relieving heavily indebted families and accumulating water and electricity bills, added to property tax and property fees in the old city, in order to avoid separating services from their homes which increases their suffering in winter.

We at Warm flakes strive to provide 1000 rug and blanket for our families at the old city which is under high poverty rates that exceeded 80% and inherited a decline in purchasing power. We perpetuate the resilience of the Jerusalemites by helping them to overcome these hard conditions.

The Electrical Heaters distribution project comes to achieve total adequacy for families in the first line of defence of Al-Aqsa mosque. The city's temperatures drop below zero on many nights and this increases the hail and moisture of houses.

The food baskets distribution project comes, with a heavy winter for many families as family income is focused on providing heating sources as a priority that reduces families budget for food financing.

Winter dress distribution project and accessories (clothing, shoes, coats). It is the most prominent project of the winter campaign, where individuals are being protected from cold, wet under the rain. In particular, by going to schools and canteens whose buildings had not been renovated for more than 20 years, where they were cold, This project is supported by a subsidy for more than 1,000 families on resilience.

Winter campaign projects include the distribution of medicines to those in need.

Supporting Jerusalemite requires relief all aspects of life, and it’s said” The best kind of Sadaqah that has a constant , ongoing effect .” This project aims to provide the necessary electrical equipment from refrigerators and washing machines to raise the living standards of families stationed in Jerusalem.
