The houses in the old town of Al-Quds suffers from poor living conditions, some buildings are old and lack basic and proper living needs. More than 1.800 real estates in the old town are in urgent need for restoration. These real estates need to be restored and repaired in order to be safe and healthy residents. These efforts are being conducted to enhance Al-Quds citizens' resistance and to reserve the heritage of the city. Restoration works include supporting engineering work, electrical, mechanical work in addition to sanitary extractions and other works.
